It was a pleasure working with Shawn in our search for a vacation home in the regions north of Seattle. She was knowledgeable about places dispersed widely over the area; she was attentive to the parameters of our interests; she was alert to the properties coming on the market. She understood the buying process and gave us good advice about strategies. She was quickly available and accommodating and willing to travel some distance to show us houses, sometimes several in a day.
