The median sale price of residential homes for this area is $385,000. This amount shows an increase from the $294,000 that was recorded this same time last year. The median sale price of condominiums for Island County is $220,500. Condos are also showing an increase from the $184,950 recorded last year.

We began the month of August with a total of 368 active single-family and condominium homes available in Island County. This number is down from the 485 active listings recorded this same month in 2017. Of these active listings, 84 are condominium homes, which shows an improvement over the 72 recorded in July of 2017.
