We are seeing a slight decrease from the $370,000 that was recorded this same time last year. The median sale price of condominiums for Island County is $274,000. Condos are also showing a drop from the $215,000 recorded last year.

We began the month of October with a total of 410 active single-family and condominium homes available in Island County. This number is down from the 449 active listings recorded this same month in 2017 and shows an increase from the 399 last month. Of these active listings, 15 are condominium homes, which shows an improvement over the 20 recorded in September of 2017.
