Island County Housing Market Predictions 2018

Here’s a look at the Island County Real Estate Market for August 2018. According to statistics released by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, the median sale price of single-family homes and condominiums has increased since this time last year. Let’s take a closer look at the Island County market trends.

From July of 2017 to July of 2018, the median price range for homes in Island County went from $294,000 to $385,000.

Island County ended the month of July with a total of 205 single-family residential and condominium homes sold. Of those sales, seven were new construction sales and eight were condominium sales. The median sale price of residential homes for this area is $385,000. This amount shows an increase from the $294,000 that was recorded this same time last year. The median sale price of condominiums for Island County is $220,500. Condos are also showing an increase from the $184,950 recorded last year.
